The 3rd Annual Solo Italiano event is happening THIS Sunday from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. at Franchesco’s Ristorante and you can meet Gianni Russo from The Godfather.

The family-friendly, outdoor celebration brings together Italian food, wine, music and culture!

Beyond the Italian wines, cuisine, pastries and of course gelato, there will be plenty of other fun activities like a Spaghetti Eating Contest. An Italian car show will be sure to please!

But nothing quite says Italy like the epic Godfather movies.

Carlo, played by famous actor Gianni Russo, will be in attendance at Solo Italiano! (No word if he’ll recreate his famous death scene from the movie)

Admission is just $5 and kids under 5 years old are free! A portion of the proceeds will go to a local Italian family who have been touched by the devastation of cancer.
