The Salvation Army of Winnebago needs your help packing food boxes this Christmas

The Salvation Army of Winnebago has an urgent need for volunteers to help pack 2,000 food boxes for Christmas distribution. Packing will take place at The Christmas Center located at 5430 East State Street in Rockford (the old Office Depot building behind Tom & Jerry’s).

Volunteers are needed:

Tuesday, December 10th, 12pm to 4pm

Wednesday, December 11th, 11am to 8pm

Thursday, December 12th, 10am to 3 pm

Volunteers will place pre-packaged boxed and canned items into a food box along a conveyor line. An hour or more would be greatly appreciated. Help make Christmas brighter for people in need! For more information, call 815-708-6433.
