Two branches of the Rockford Public Library will be closing after a vote passed on Monday to offer mobile library services.
Rockton Center Branch on Rockton Ave. and the Rock River Branch on 11th will be closing and be replaced by a mobile library service. Both locations are leased properties. More from 13WREX below.
