How Often Should You Shut Down Your Computer?
Given that many of us are working from our home computers this year, it might be useful to know that, once in a while, you should shut down your computer. Your device will run much faster and be far more responsive if, once in a while, you give it a nap.
As for how often you should shut your computer down, experts say that at least once a week is enough, and will likely remedy some of the functionality issues you are experiencing. As always, remember to save your work.
