A new poll by Dating.com found “dad bods” are now the most attractive body type for single people. Only 15% prefer a chiseled look. By definition, a dad bod is a body that’s not too big but not exactly in shape either.
So don’t worry about going for the perfect body when a “dad bod” works just a well!
