White Pines Lodge in Mt. Morris is reopening on Monday, June 14th. At 730 a.m. Starting on Monday, they will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony with its restaurant, cabins, and gift shop, opening to the public at 8 a.m. The dinner theater at White Pines Lodge will reopen in July. The restaurant will be temporarily closed Monday-Saturday from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m.

WREX reported last week that the lodge will now be run by a family business, Nolan Capitol, Inc. Last year in May of 2020, the resort announced via Facebook that they were forced into bankruptcy from being closed due to the pandemic’s stay-at-home order.
