A new restaurant is coming to Rockford and is hoping to open its doors this fall by September 1st. Taking the place of Gene’s Irish Pub on 5th Avenue in downtown Rockford, Ernie’s Midtown Pub will feature tap beers, cocktails, and Chicago-style food.
