Starting in 2022, if your child or teenager, wants to set up their own lemonade stand they will be able to do so without having to apply for a permit. “Hayli’s Law”, or SB119 was signed by Illinois Governor JB Pritzker recently which will allow a lemonade stand to be operated by a person under the age of 16 without regulation.
