Henry Robison is taking over as the new athletic director at Rockford Lutheran after Josh Sternquist stepped down to take on that roll at Belvidere High School.

Senior quarterback Britton Morris has thrown for over 2,700 yards this season in leading the North Boone Vikings to a 7-2 mark in the Big Northern and the second round of the playoffs.

The Jefferson football program has a new coach. Jacob Arnold, who served as JV coach from 2014-2016 and as assistant offensive coordinator last fall, has been promoted to replace Tony Ambrogio, who left the program to take over at Lutheran.
