Zack Jones has gone from a guy who didn't pitch a lot in high school at Harlem to the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference's Pitcher of the Year. We talked with the Rockford University junior on Randy & Co.

Dean Lowry, who starred at Boylan High School and Northwestern, just completed his third season in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers. He joined Randy & Co. to talk about a season that was a disappointment for the team, but one that saw Dean set career highs while getting more playing time. He also gave a glimpse at his life off the field and his expectations as he enters the final season of his contract.
