The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources hosted its annual Keep Wildlife Wild poster contest and coming out on top is a 5th-grade student from Beloit.

Around 130 students ranging from 4th-6th grade, from around the Stateline sent in artwork but out of all the submissions, they picked Matthew Bernier, a Beloit 5th grader.
