In a last-minute surprise move, longtime coach Bruce Bazsali announced he would step back due to health reasons and serve as an assistant coach for the Guilford Vikings, handing the reigns over to Denny Diduch. Bazsali explained the move in detail, emphasizing he wasn’t forced out.
