“This money goes into our general operating fund to help us care for up to 1,000 animal intake a year. It helps pay the $900 month electric, the $1,000 plus vet bills a month, and the $750 a month feeder mice budget. This is just to name a few monthly costs. Keep in mind we have no state funding, no government funding, and no employees,” said Donald Czyzyk, director of marketing and public relations at Hoo Haven Events.
