During the holiday break, Belvidere North senior Brianna Lake broke the school's record for career scoring, topping Taylor Martocci's mark of 956. Next up for Lake is the 1,000-point plateau.

This week's Prep Spotlight shines on Rockford Christian senior soccer player Max Cincinnati. Max has been a scoring machine for the Royal Lions, with 16 goals and nine assists, including three hat-tricks in the five games prior to our interview.

Harlem senior bowler Becca Hagerman has been very decorated over her high school career, including two state team trophies and one individual state championship trophy. Now you can add national record-breaker to the list of accolades, as Hagerman rolled a 847 3-game series to shatter the old mark.
