The Great Open House (GDOH) is your opportunity to get to know Rockford’s “new and improved” downtown. Powered by the Element in cooperation with our partners, the GDOH showcases the evolution of Rockford’s downtown over the past 10 years.

The Element invites the greater Rockford community to experience myriad new retail shops, locally owned restaurants, salons, art galleries, and more. Newcomers will find coffee shops for a daytime latte fix and bakeries featuring fresh artisan bread and delicious pastries.
