Step into a world of sweetness at Discovery Center’s Adventures in Candyland extravaganza! Enjoy live science demonstrations from King Kandy. Snap a photo with Queen Frostine from 11:00 am -1:00 pm. Children will enjoy having their face painted with glittering designs, creating their own candy headband fit for royalty, unraveling the delicious science behind candy, and indulging in fluffy cotton candy. It’s a whirlwind of sugary fun that will leave families smiling from ear to ear!

Tacos and shaved ice will be available for purchase from Cantina Taco and Kona Ice food trucks. Adventures in Candyland is part of the museums’s Summer Family Friday series and is sponsored by Constellation Energy, UW Health, T-Mobile Fiber, and a grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency.
