Fred Van Vleet is one of Rockford's brightest stars. He also always remembers the importance of giving back to the community that raised you. For the second straight year, Fred is putting on a basketball camp for kids who want to develop their game. Fred joined Jake Logli to talk about the camp, his journey this far, and his upcoming free agency.

East senior wrestler Aydin Guttridge, who won the state Class 3A heavyweight title this year, is headed to Nationals in freestyle and greco-roman wrestling as part of Team Illinois. He is also wrapping up his senior year as part of the E-Rabs' bass fishing team.
