Former Northern Illinois University great Thomas Hammock has returned to his alma mater to take over as the new head football coach. Here are his introductory remarks at his opening press conference.
Two years ago, after an 0-8 start to his sophomore season, Aydin Guttridge of East considered quitting wrestling. Fast forward to today, and Guttridge is the No. 1 ranked 285-pounder in the state and No. 5 in the nation.
Guttridge, who will be wrestling at Wisconsin next year, begins his final high school run on Saturday with the NIC-10 conference meet. He talked with Randy & Co. about his season, his future and what changed for him two years ago.
