Noah Friske looks to take that one last step and reach the state meet in cross country after coming so close the last two years. The East senior and reigning NIC-10 MVP is well on his way.

Two years ago, after an 0-8 start to his sophomore season, Aydin Guttridge of East considered quitting wrestling. Fast forward to today, and Guttridge is the No. 1 ranked 285-pounder in the state and No. 5 in the nation.
Guttridge, who will be wrestling at Wisconsin next year, begins his final high school run on Saturday with the NIC-10 conference meet. He talked with Randy & Co. about his season, his future and what changed for him two years ago.
