Prep Spotlight: East Basketball’s Chris Burnell

East senior Chris Burnell broke the oldest scoring record in the Rockford Public Schools when his free throw in a game against East St. Louis last Friday pushed him to 1,303 points, surpassing E-Rab legend Skip Thoren’s 57-year-old standard.

He joined Randy & Co. on Sportsman 1330 to talk about the record and the E-Rabs amazing season so far.
