Taylor Ignoto had a tough act to follow when she was hired to replace Misty Opat as head women's basketball coach at Rock Valley College. But so far, so good, as the Golden Eagles are undefeated in conference play.

Former Harlem High School standout Anthony McKinney, after a stint at junior college, is a starting left tackle for Texas Christian University. And the Horned Frogs are headed to the Cheez-It Bowl.
