Former head coach and current assistant Tammy Rentschler joined Randy & Co. to talk about the Belvidere North dynasty in competitive cheerleading after the Blue Thunder captured their third straight state co-ed title last Saturday.

Former Hononegah and Wisconsin star lineman Steve Stark is hosting one of his Trench Training football camps in Rockton on June 11. The camp focuses on offensive and defensive lineman training and will be free, thanks to the sponsorship of Andy Bufalo and Bufalo Contracting.
