Come out for a FUN, pre-St. Patrick’s Day CELEBRATION of all things Irish with BEER: Beer for Running, Beer for Walking, and Beer for Partying. Festivities begin at noon; the run/walk starts at 1:00pm; and the party continues till 4:00pm.

The 5k Run/Walk course has 5 beer pitstops. At each pitstop, sample a 3-ounce cup from one of our fine craft beer sponsors: Generations, Granite City, Lena, Pig Minds, and Prairie Street. The course includes the Speedway Race Track. With the exception of spectators, all registered participants get a souvenir beer glass, a Shamrock Beer Run long-sleeve T-shirt, and a medal for completing the course.

You must be at least 21 to participate. This is not a timed race, but a race clock is posted, so you can see your time. Spectator fee $10 ($20 on day of event).

The Post-Race-Party is indoors with all five breweries set up to serve you. Beer tickets can be purchased during registration, before the race, and during the post-race party.
