The State Street Mile – known as the “Fastest Mile in the Midwest” returns to downtown Rockford on Aug. 4, and Sportsfan will be there.

Jake Logli and Randy Ruef will bring you all the action from the 34th annual event, which is sponsored by SwedishAmerican Hospital. Action starts at the hospital and ends at the State Street Bridge.
