The Rockford Speedway season gets underway in earnest this weekend with the 42nd Spring Classic. We talked with Speedway general manager Dave Deery about this weekend's race as well as the season series that begins April 27.

K Cancer Softball - and K Cancer Baseball - is an amazing program that has young softball/baseball teams working to raise money and awareness of childhood cancer. It was started by Randy Rapier, and has grown into a successful program that helps local families dealing with childhood cancer.
